MI and MU: Naga

This is my Monsters Inc and Monsters University OC, Naga! I've had her in my head for some time but it's taken me a bit to draw her.

Basic info:
-She has mastered her ability to smoke spit/breathe since age 13- She's Terri and Terry's childhood friend, they met at age 7- Frank McCay was/is her idol- Learned to fly at age 8 or 9- Loves to help others- Pretty mellow- Very protective of her friends- Not easily impressed and/or shocked-

In MU:
Though she can't be part of OK (for obvious reasons), Naga spends most of her time hanging around with the boys even though, because of her looks, she could be more "popular." She's a firm believer that scaring children and scaring in general helps monsters a great deal, so she's extremely devoted to her work. She likes making up her own techniques to scare, which usually include flaring out her wings to make her look bigger. Naga flirts with Terri but is good friends with both him and his brother.
When Sully first joins OK, she doesn't take as quick a liking to him as the brotherhood does. Though Mike was quick to get on her good side. Naga didn't trust Sully and thought he was just joining OK as a prank for the ROR brotherhood, so she kept a close eye on him. Sully gained her trust during the party (y'know, before the OK boys got cute-ified) and they, too, became fast friends.

In MI:
Baga's attitude is basically the same since college but she is somewhat kinder. She is now in a relationship with Terri. She works at Monsters Inc with constantly changing partners because of her tendency to ignore their instructions. Still friends with Mike and Sully, she believed the biggest way to help monsters everywhere was to scare the crap out of kids. However, after the Boo ordeal, she learns that there is a better way to help her friends out. When Sully takes over the company, she becomes 2nd in command.
